Assessment Packages
Hope and Inspiration Psychological Services offers comprehensive psychological and educational evaluations for children ages 4–16, and for adults by request. Self-pay packages are listed below. Each package includes all testing sessions, scoring and interpretation, a detailed written report, and a feedback appointment to review findings and recommendations with your family.

Assessment of attention, concentration, impulse control, and executive functioning across home, school, and social settings.

Mental Health Evaluation

Evaluation for anxiety, depression, mood concerns, and behavioral difficulties to inform diagnosis and treatment planning.

Learning Disability Evaluation

Assessment of cognitive ability and academic achievement to identify learning differences such as dyslexia, dysgraphia, or dyscalculia.

Comprehensive assessment of social communication, sensory processing, and adaptive behavior using gold-standard diagnostic tools.

Comprehensive assessment of academic achievement across all subject areas. When applicable, testing may be divided by subject.

Gifted Testing

Evaluation of intellectual ability and potential for gifted program eligibility, using standardized cognitive assessments.
Combined & Complex Evaluations
When a child presents with concerns across more than one area, evaluations are combined so that every concern is addressed thoroughly — nothing is abbreviated. The fee for a combined evaluation reflects the sum of the individual packages included.
- ADHD + Autism → $1,200 + $1,800 = $3,000
- ADHD + Learning Disability → $1,200 + $1,500 = $2,700
- Autism + Mental Health → $1,800 + $1,500 = $3,300
- ADHD + Learning Disability + Autism → $1,200 + $1,500 + $1,800 = $4,500
Insurance
We accept Medicaid — the same evaluations, covered by your plan.
All of the evaluation packages listed above are available to families with Medicaid coverage through one of our accepted plans. Please contact our office to confirm your specific benefits and to discuss next steps. We are happy to help guide you through the process.

Materials Fee — Self-Pay & Commercial Insurance Clients
A non-refundable $75 materials fee is required in addition to your package fee. This fee covers the testing materials used during your evaluation. It is collected at your intake appointment and a credit or debit card must be kept on file. This fee does not apply to Medicaid clients.
