Referral/Intake Appointment
In person, phone call or zoom $150.
(Money off in May! For the month of May 2024 if you pay in full in advance, SAVE 10% off the total cost of the evaluation)
- At the referral appointment, assessment needs will be determined and a Good Faith Estimate given. A testing appointment will be set.
- Testing and report writing will be $150/hour. The feedback session is $150, at which time the report will be emailed after the session.
- If additional testing is required, the scope and price will be determined and communicated.
